Description:

UPMC MAGEE-WOMENS HOSPITAL IS SEEKING A FULL TIME FLEX PROGRAM COORDINATOR TO SUPPORT THE GIRLS ON THE RUN PROGRAM!

This role is a flex full-time position, with an average of 30-35 hours per week, full-time benefits and hybrid work flexibility. This role is primarily daylight hours but will be required to work evenings and weekends periodically. Additionally, travel is required for this role around 30% of the time to 8 different counties.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cost-effective and quality purchases and equipment for GOTR programming and events.
  • Develop, implements, and tracks quality measures and standards for the program.
  • Collaborates with Program Manager and other appropriate Magee and MWRIF staff to implement program objectives, develop new programs, market opportunities, fundraising, grant writing, event planning, etc.
  • Develops and maintains key external relationships with the community, businesses, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center integral to the achievement of the program’s objectives.
  • Coordinates with Corporate Marketing/Communications and third-party graphic and web designers, and implements, as appropriate, all marketing/communications strategies and initiatives necessary to meet identified budget and registration goals.
  • Assists Program Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and performance of coaches locally and regionally.
  • Provide annual research and data for effective development management of annual volume projections (registrations) related costs/revenues and program scholarship funds.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining business and program objectives as defined in all grants and sponsorship agreements.Performs other duties as assigned
