As a Program Coordinator for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients’ care. We’re looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities
- Counsel patients on their financials relating to NUHS@Home
- Involve in the planning, assessment, and monitoring of our program to ensure that we are providing the best possible care to our patients
- Perform system duties for patient admission, discharge and transfer
- Coordinate with multi departments across NUHS to schedule appointments and/or manage bed requests.
- Coordinate with external vendor to arrange for transport and logistics e.g. ambulance and courier of medical supplies
- Manage inventory of medical consumables and homecare bags, and participate in the management of stocks to ensure steady supply of stocks needed to provide excellent care to our patients
- Opportunity to contribute your ideas and suggestions for improving our services and processes
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literate
- Be willing to work outside of working hours (E.g. weekends and/or public holidays)
- Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently
- Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
