As a Program Coordinator for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients’ care. We’re looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities

  • Counsel patients on their financials relating to NUHS@Home
  • Involve in the planning, assessment, and monitoring of our program to ensure that we are providing the best possible care to our patients
  • Perform system duties for patient admission, discharge and transfer
  • Coordinate with multi departments across NUHS to schedule appointments and/or manage bed requests.
  • Coordinate with external vendor to arrange for transport and logistics e.g. ambulance and courier of medical supplies
  • Manage inventory of medical consumables and homecare bags, and participate in the management of stocks to ensure steady supply of stocks needed to provide excellent care to our patients
  • Opportunity to contribute your ideas and suggestions for improving our services and processes

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate
  • Be willing to work outside of working hours (E.g. weekends and/or public holidays)
  • Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently
  • Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
