Description:

POSITION STANDARDS

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a health or business related field or the equivalent in education and experience required. Proven organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in the concepts and applications of quality improvement and systems thinking required.
  • Ability to adapt to changes that arise during project implementation and daily workflows.
  • Must possess a high level of computer literacy and demonstrated knowledge and expertise in using tools such as the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Required Licensure/Certification Skills: None; LNA or other clinical license preferred.
