ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate according to the code of conduct and values statement of Sun Peaks Resort LLP and the Snow Sports School and direct and specific product marketing to guests
• Guest product satisfaction, including recovery tactics and communications
• Special events management as required
• Coordinate and support staff, including staff scheduling, direction, and application, auditing paid activities, injury management, RTW administration and tracking, database management
• Coordinate daily lesson demand against staff inventories to maximize utilization and maintain product and program quality. Manage staff time off requests to continuously ensure adequate inventory volumes

• Attend all SPR LLP scheduled orientation and training programs as requested
