PREFERRED

  • Experience conducting client intakes and case management

Responsibilities:

  • Development and management of relationships with clients, community partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Deliver informative and engaging presentations to community partners, and prospective clients virtually and/or in person and build ongoing relationships with community partner agencies and their staff.
  • Deliver key program activities, including client outreach and recruitment, client intake, onboarding, regular check-ins, and support.
  • Participate in program events, job fairs, and others as required.
  • Plan, organize and co-facilitate regular client group discussion session as required.
  • Support in planning, organizing, and securing facilitators for client workshops.
  • Monitor implementation of program processes and policies for the purposes of high-quality service delivery and continuous quality improvement
  • Create and maintain client records and program documents and presentations and file them in accordance with UWW’s policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate positive relations within the program team, with other departments within UWW, and with stakeholders at large.
  • Continuously assess the program’s effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. Implement any necessary changes based on evaluation findings.
    Other duties assigned as required.
