About the role
The Program Director is solely dedicated to the FAB Account and reports to the Pontoon Regional Vice President, while collaborating closely with Adecco UAE.
What you’ll be doing
This position is accountable for the overall strategic and operational success of the MSP Program – in particular relating to Client cost savings.About you

EXPERIENCE

  • 12+ years’ experience in Contingent Workforce Management – the likely candidate will currently be working as a Senior Program Manager, Program Director or Sponsor of an MSP Program(exceptional candidates from RPO may be considered)
  • Prepare and deliver MBR’s / QBR’s along with associated projects and strategies (such as supplier management, continuous improvement, saving initiatives)
  • Proven People leader of a diverse local and international team
  • Implementation experience or exposure desirable
  • Financial Services or services-based MNC industry experience

SKILLS

  • Ability to meet or exceed SLA’s, Peakon and VOC scores
  • PPT, XLS (Intermediate) and VMS experience (any)
  • Deliver Client delight via a strong stakeholder communication plan and be the Level 3 escalation point for all facets of the Program

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher
  • Qualifications in quality (e.g. LEAN Sigma) and/or project management (e.g. Prince2)
