Responsibilities:
- Manage scope with the Risk Program Product Owners and responsible for the delivery of the features based on the endorsed scope and delivery plan.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to achieve the project objectives.
- Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Manage delivery governance and project health in line with the Transformation Policy and Standards and the CPS230 Program’s ‘Ways of Working’, including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items early to Senior Management.
- Support the integration of Risk Program Features with applicable ‘business as usual’ processes including those relating to the Prudential Management Policy.
- Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/ assurance functions.
- Support regulatory engagement.Participate in the planning and delivery of Change Management activities to support the implementation and embedment of Risk Program features
