Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility of the Program Finance Analyst is to working with the Finance Lead and Program on financial performance including providing inputs and guidance on forecasting / reporting activities and viability, ensuring appropriate financial baselines are established, ongoing review of financial and Earned Value data and projecting overall financial performance.
This will include inputs into all customer financial data prepared by the program including customer invoicing, periodic cost audits, cost models, customer financial reporting.

Other day to day tasks include:

  • Provide advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders across the Company with respect to Financial matters
  • Assistance with the analysis of program financial performance and the preparation of associated reports for domestic management, the US Line of Business and the Customer
  • Assistance with financial inputs from other parts of the business and ensure they meet internal financial and customer invoicing/reporting requirements
  • Responsible for accurate, timely preparation, analysis and delivery of financial reporting - including Orders, Sales, EBIT & Cash
  • Preparation and tracking of monthly invoices, debtor management and Program cash flow.
  • Collation of budgeting and forecasting assumptions including engagement with key stakeholders.
