Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Program Finance Analyst with Federal Government Contracting experience to assist our PMO in managing the business functions for a large federal contract.
Responsibilities:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field and three (3) to five (5) years of financial analysis experience, or related experience or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least one (1) year experience supporting federal government contracts as a project controller / financial analyst reporting and analyzing program budget, cost and fee to include budget, forecast and actuals to determine variances.
  • At least one (1) year managing finances for FFP and T&M government contracts.
  • One of more year(s) of experience analyzing, reconciling and reporting subcontracts invoice status, travel and ODC expenditures, profitability, non-billables, and prepare commitment/accruals to validate current project status.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel including using formulas and functions in calculation and analysis (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
    Compensation:
    The proposed salary range for this role is $85,000.00 to $125,000.00 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day business functions including planning, tracking, analyzing and reporting for a $100M program.
  • Coordinate with multiple functional areas including project managers, contracts, procurement, and accounting.
  • Manage subcontractor financials, forecasting and reporting so that the program is compliant and successful, and services remain uninterrupted.
  • Other related duties, as assigned.
