Program Implementation Intern, AI Student Programs
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Program Implementation Intern, AI Student Programs will collaborate with the Research Operations & Academic Partnerships team to support the successful execution of the AI4Good 2025 Toronto cohort, as well as the development of other key opportunities for AI students across the province including the AI Summit & Career Fair. The intern will work across work streams to ensure programming meets the needs of all stakeholders, and participants are satisfied. Reporting to the Manager, Student Engagement, you will have the opportunity to participate in project coordination and contribute meaningfully to programming for students to deliver impactful outcomes.

End date: August 29, 2025
Responsibilities:
Support the successful delivery of the AI4Good 2025 program in Toronto, including on-site event support in May and June 2025 and logistical coordination, tracking of key milestones, and post-event reporting;
Assist in the planning of community and networking events for students including the AI Summit & Career Fair and professional development opportunities;
Create detailed guides and toolkits that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to secure roles in the AI industry;
Collaborate closely with the Research Operations & Academic Partnerships Team to track metrics for key programs, report on outcomes, develop guidance documents, and provide recommendations to inform future programming; and,
Other duties as assigned.
