Program Lead – manufacturing domain & consulting

To demonstrate the effectiveness of this role in action, a key business & tech / platform project will be assigned to Program Lead role to demonstrate the effectiveness of PMO processes being applied to this project. Post delivery of this project, the role will fully scale to Program Lead (PMO) role.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Clear track record of delivering large/complex/strategic projects/programs of work – min 5+ years of experience in this
• Strong Business Program Management Experience in planning and delivering
• Sound Domain knowledge in Manufacturing industry, ideally in the process manufacturing or the mining industry
• Having PMO Advisory and project delivery lead experience dedicated to SAP or Non-SAP projects.
• Strong Portfolio &/ or Technical Program Management Experience
• Skilled in managing C-level executive relationships, governance and steering committees
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective change management, influencing and delivery risk management
• Sound business case development and management / oversighting skills
• Demonstrated experience in and understanding of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling portfolios
• Inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels
• Ability to structure and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple functions; creatively define the project pacing and obtain incremental benefits before the program is complete
  Ability to coordinate and liaise with a range of senior stakeholders – both onsite and offshore and influence them to drive delivery outcomes
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
