Program Leader, Animal Health RD&E

CID Lines, an Ecolab Company is seeking a Program Leader to develop and advance technical platforms satisfying both business and customer needs. In this role you will support the development of an innovation portfolio that will be focused on identifying program/solutions to current challenges in the animal health field including farm biosecurity and dairy farm hygiene opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, regulatory and technical service teams to identify key KPI’s, communicate results and new findings and successfully launch projects.
We are seeking candidates who have strong collaboration and teamwork skills, are self-motivated, have good communication skills, are creative problem solvers, and possess strong observation and perception skills.
