Program leader & Change Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Program Leader & Change Manager for a consultancy mission within a key clients IT department. This role involves driving a major transformation towards a “Product Centric” organization, a pivotal shift in how the client manages its ICT systems to support its role in the energy transition. The successful candidate will be embedded within the client’s “Office of the CIO” and will play a critical role in managing and coordinating this strategic initiative.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Language Proficiency: Ability to engage in conversations in both Dutch and French (mandatory), with fluency in English.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives.
• Application Development Insight: Strong interest in application development to understand and facilitate change within these teams.
• Organizational Expertise: Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a proven track record in managing complex programs.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product-oriented organizations, supported by a masters level education and 10+ years of experience in ICT or relevant fields.
• ICT Acumen: Solid understanding of ICT operations, with experience in accompanying teams through significant changes.
• Framework Experience: Knowledge of relevant frameworks and methodologies is highly desirable.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be a vital part of the clients transformational journey. This role combines project leadership and change management expertise to support the client’s transition to a product-oriented organization. Your efforts will be central to shaping the future of their digital landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless execution of various pilot programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Management: Lead and manage the “Product Centric Evolution” program, ensuring alignment with the clients broader digital transformation goals.
• Pilot Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the setup and execution of various pilot programs within application teams, ensuring they align with the overall product-centric strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with transformation coaches, subject matter experts, and product owners to drive change and achieve program objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with key stakeholders across the clients digital department and broader organization to ensure alignment and support for the program.
• Change Leadership: Guide and manage organizational changes across various levels, including areas outside of the digital department, to ensure the successful adoption of the new product-oriented model.
