Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Management Officer to join our newly established Program Management Office team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in digital program and project management, backed by strong project management capabilities.
As a Program Management Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, including the global design and pilot implementation, integration, and various digital initiatives related to the program. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, operational proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to manage complex programs and drive organizational success.

  1. Program Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Monitor and measure project progress to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality outcomes, making necessary adjustments to balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to integrate project activities smoothly.
  • Manage scope, prevent scope creep, and oversee interdependencies within and beyond the program.
  • Supervise the portfolio of program-related projects.
  • Guide and manage correlated projects and their respective project managers (e.g., SIT, Cutover, A+W, IBP, Integration, Data Analytics).
  • Lead the pilot implementation for UAT activities.
  • Align with Capgemini PMO tools and methodologies, balancing Agile sprints with waterfall planning.
  1. Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
  • Oversee budget tracking and reporting.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Strategically manage resource allocation and availability across various programs/projects to ensure optimal execution.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and uphold project management standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Manage quality gates and the sign-off process.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all program activities, decisions, and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards across all projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project and program management within a digital environment . Proven success in leading SAP programs/projects from inception to completion and post-implementation.
