Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Key job responsibilities

  • As a Program Manager, Launch, you will focus on managing projects within Amazon External Fulfillment from start to finish for implementing amazon Warehouse Management Systems(WMS).
  • You will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers.
  • You will work on continuous improvement, partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to develop the processes and mechanisms that will enable us to achieve our business objectives.
  • You will be owning and delivering Projects. You will be asked to develop, execute, and deliver on detailed plans, working closely with operations, tech, supply chain, finance and category teams .
  • You will drive multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks, and process changes.
  • You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
