POSITION: PROGRAM MANAGER - AIRLINE INDUSTRY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive full-scale projects within the airline industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, particularly with airline back-office systems and direct operating processes.
Location: Dubai (onsite)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within the airline industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Hands-on experience with airline back-office systems, specifically in finance and procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of airline direct operating processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess systems and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Oversee airline back-office systems, focusing on finance and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of airline direct operating processes to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Conduct evaluations of existing systems and processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively to keep projects on track.
