Description:
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our Child Well-Being (CWB) Program in El Paso, TX, Big Bend, TX, El Centro, CA, and San Diego, CA.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between their four assigned sectors and Blue Rose, ensuring the seamless administration and management of services that impact child well-being. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage complex and diverse teams, and a deep understanding of resource management in immigration health or mass migration settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Blue Rose Human Capital Portfolio, managing all contract-related services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring specialists and lead specialists can focus on child engagement and well-being processes.
- Coordinate care and escalate any issues related to child well-being to the appropriate teams or authorities.
- Ensure service continuity, flexibility, and support during surge or crisis periods.
- Lead a diverse and multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and effective resource management.
- Drive program success through effective leadership, planning, and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: A master’s degree or higher in health management, social work, psychology, or a related field (e.g., MPH, MSW, MPP, MBA) is required. A certification in program management is highly desired.
- Note: A master’s degree can be substituted with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing complex and diverse teams, with a focus on immigration health or mass migration settings.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex and diverse teams is required.
- Experience managing resources in immigration health or mass migration settings is strongly preferred.
