REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Public Health Administration, Data Science, Informatics, Engineering or related field
  • Five years’ experience in the application of statistical methods to the analysis of data
  • Five years’ experience in data governance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five years’ experience in the application of statistical methods to the analysis of healthcare data
  • Ten years of healthcare experience with data mining, including forecasting, simulation and predictive modeling
  • Five years’ experience with Business Intelligence platforms and analytic tools (such as Tableau)
  • Ten years’ experience building, modifying and querying off of relational databases (such as MS Access and SQL)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization in the development, optimization and maturation of a data governance program
  • Drive continual improvement in data management practices through collaboration and partnership with domain owners, domain stewards, and key data stakeholders, ensuring direction aligns with strategic priorities
  • Assesses, monitors, and implements fixes for data quality issues
  • Implements and manages the development and use of analytic products
  • Develops and maintains master files, key performance metrics, business glossary, and an application inventory
  • Support future data extract implementatio
