Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Commercial Operations:
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational effectiveness to drive revenue, expand market presence, and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operational processes with commercial goals for optimal performance.
- Establish clear processes for managing product availability, end-of-life products, and inventory optimization.
Eliminate Bottlenecks & Empower Teams:
- Support the transition to a decentralized, program-based decision-making approach.
- Empower teams at all levels with tools and processes for informed, autonomous decision-making regarding supply and demand.
- Enhance operational efficiency by reducing bottlenecks and reliance on specific parties or departments.
Enable Informed Decision-Making:
- Create standardized processes that allow cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, planning) access to real-time data.
- Promote data-driven decisions to enhance response times to market changes.
Manage High-Level Escalations:
- Act as the escalation point for complex operational challenges.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for quick resolutions to maintain an agile operations environment and prevent backlogs.
Enable Scalable Solutions:
- Design sustainable operational solutions that scale with the organization.
- Shift focus from reactive management to proactive solutions, freeing up resources for strategic goals.
