THE JOB:

The purpose of the Program Manager position is to establish a leader driving programs, projects and initiatives forward within the product and product marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Programs and Projects: Drive the successful completion of programs and projects within the product department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product, product marketing, customers, executive leadership, engineering, customer success, sales, support, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process Definition, Optimization and Implementation: Define, secure buy-in for, and implement cross-departmental processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operations Management: Analyze product data and metrics/dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for improving product performance.
  • Resource Management: Manage product management software and tools, including onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Communication Conduit: Serve as a primary communication link between the product team and other departments, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
  • Team Management: Oversee a small team of product operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • GTM launches: Assist driving GTM launch plans, working closely with project managers in other departments.
  • Accountability: Hold team members and stakeholders accountable for their committed deliverables, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Thread Management: Track and manage multiple project threads, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots on project details to align with broader strategic objectives, facilitating informed decision-making
