Maxon is seeking an experienced program manager to drive CSR data collection and IT projects at Maxon.
What you will do:

CSR reporting:

  • Collect, organize, and report data related to Maxon’s CSR activities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in the CSR program.
  • Ensure the CSR data collection process is systematic, accurate, repeatable, scalable and compliant with legal standards.
  • Internal education to raise awareness about CSR initiatives, reporting requirements, and best practices.

Overall project management responsibilities (CSR and IT):

  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Identify risks and dependencies that could impact the program’s success; develop contingency plans and ensure that risks are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner; monitor and report on risk status throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct project post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • 1-3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, or reporting, preferably in a CSR or sustainability context.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in data collection and management tools (e.g., Excel, databases, data visualization software).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
