BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing IT projects in the Data and Analytics domain.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Reltio strongly preferred.

AGILE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have Agile experience.
• Experienced scrum master managing multiple scrum teams, applying scrum principles and best practices strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian and other project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, Smartsheets) strongly preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience working on complex projects across various applications and stack layers.
• Experience with cloud technologies strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting demands.
• Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence, maintain positive relationships, and collaborate with people at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
• Team player – our teams will rely on your leadership, and cooperation is key to success.
• Expertise with collaboration tools (G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Confluence) preferred.

• Take an active role in project planning, breaking down deliverables, setting timelines, and coordinating with teams to ensure tasks align with project objectives.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and address issues during project execution to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor the quality of project deliverables, conduct reviews, and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced scrum master managing scrum teams.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
