Client: Our client is one of the largest professional certification associations in the finance industry globally and uses DataArt as its primary technology partner.
Project overview: The Program Manager will oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, adherence to timelines, and effective resource management. This initiative will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, address challenges, and deliver comprehensive solutions that support the organization’s financial and operational objectives.

Position overview: We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Program Manager with a focus on handling large, complex programs related to ERP and finance remediation to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing the creation, implementation, and management of extensive solutions aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency in ERP and financial processes. Collaboration with subject matter experts, People and Culture teams, and various business stakeholders will be essential in developing effective strategies and programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of the organization.

  • Responsibilities: Become a subject matter expert in delivers products to its clients
  • Provide ongoing updates on progress, risks, change management, and issue resolution
  • Makes connections across teams and work streams to drive identification and facilitation of interdependencies
  • Navigates dependencies across complex matrixed organizations and internal, client, and third-party technical delivery teams
  • Accountable for defining the program structure and creating a single, unified plan to deliver on the program requirements
  • Facilitates decision-making and clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures
  • Understands the key business drivers as they relate to programs. Adapts to the various internal procedures and forms close links with the business partner representatives, ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, scope, and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized
  • Drives decision-making and issue resolution utilizing actionable data and metrics
  • Manages vendor relationships and holds strategic partners accountable to meet defined commitments
  • 7-10+ years of experience in program and project delivery within complex environments, specifically with NetSuite ERP systems,
  • BigCommerce e-commerce systems, and cloud technologies in an agile environment
  • Exceptional project and program management skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, particularly in the finance education segment
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, with significant experience in agile methodologies to facilitate collaboration and adaptability
  • In-depth knowledge of product management processes relevant to ERP and e-commerce systems
  • Demonstrated emotional maturity and high emotional intelligence in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in managing software/SaaS programs, with a focus on cloud solutions in the finance education sector
  • Strong business acumen, with proficiency in business terminology, market dynamics, and effectively addressing the needs of various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the finance education segment and cloud environments (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
