As the Program Manager - Delivery, you will be responsible for the program future development and optimization of the end-to-end delivery experience for Lucid customers in Europe. This person is critical to Lucid’s overall success, as they are uniquely responsible for one of the most significant moments in our customers’ ownership experience. This person will work with stakeholders across several different business units to continue to grow and improve the program and to ensure our Sales & Delivery teams can execute and operate at the highest level. The whole program is built around the objective to provide Lucid customers with the most exhilarating delivery experience imaginable. The ideal candidate has a unique perspective about how to deliver premium, personalized, memorable experiences while constantly focusing on improving operational efficiencies with a continued focus on customer experience, while we consistently achieve and over perform on our business targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales operations, experiential product delivery, or program management role with an emphasis on exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launch
  • Passion for premium customer experience and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact experience
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives while relentlessly prioritizing minor initiatives accordingly
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous startup experience strongly preferred
  • Valid EU driving license
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Scale and optimize a European delivery experience program.
  • Develop and implement Delivery Experience strategy and projects to scale our operations and introduce new products to our overall Delivery Experience
  • Constantly analyze, improve and scale the customer readiness journey from order to delivery
  • Create and drive project plans for various critical experiential workstreams, operating as the primary stakeholder for customer readiness and partner closely with HQ and field Sales & Delivery, Order Operations, Finance, Service, and Vehicle Delivery Operations counterpart to ensure a seamless and timely delivery experience is provided.
  • Partner with systems and web teams to determine business requirements to ensure automated process and seamless and efficient delivery preparation and execution.
  • Create and drive project plans for various critical operational workstreams, operating as the primary stakeholder for vehicle readiness and work in lockstep with your Vehicle Delivery Operations partners to support vehicle readiness, and partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to: Order Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure: vehicles are built, shipped, and routed appropriately from the factory, final inspections are performed, and vehicles are prepared for delivery upon arrival on European mainland
  • Partner with your Vehicle Delivery Operations partners and Outbound Logistics team to ensure timely vehicle transportation from port to the various EU delivery locations for preparation while ensuring vehicle and customer are united efficiently at designated time and place
  • Partner with Lucid Sales leaders and local teams to ensure all market specific tax, registration and other delivery dependencies are accounted for and easy to manage.
  • Further develop and improve a vehicle introduction and orientation program which each customer will experience when taking delivery
  • Manage budget and headcount plan for field delivery experience organization
  • Help develop KPIs specific to the delivery program; the main focus areas are: customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and speed of execution.
  • Relentlessly focus on process improvement and technical solutions efforts to help scale delivery programs
  • Provide support to various business partners for ad-hoc initiative and business needs
