POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Program Manager, you will lead the operations and logistics of the Education Hub. You will work closely with a team of energetic, creative, interdisciplinary healthcare professionals within the SickKids Healthy Living Clinic and the OPBN.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post secondary degree or certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in project development, project management and stakeholder needs assessments
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly communicate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Close attention to detail while maintaining view of the larger scope
  • Function independently and keep track of project milestones
  • Strong collaboration skills within an interprofessional team
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage large teams towards achieving a shared goal. Experience leading and directing meetings.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with strong judgement, excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills and the ability to analyze complex problems.
