The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Employee Experience Program Management Office (EX PMO). In this role you will help drive impactful communication, collaboration, and engagement across the global Employee Experience organization. You will achieve this by leading initiatives to foster community building, knowledge sharing, and engagement with internal platforms.

You champion a user-driven mentality, take a test-and-learn approach to experiment with new ideas and tools, and actively solicit feedback to optimize programs. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment, are eager to learn and grow as the organization evolves, and are always thinking of the needs of the team and business. What you’ll Do
Partner with the EX PMO, EX Business Operations Leads, and Employee Communications to drive our internal Employee Experience communication strategy across channels such as SharePoint, Slack, Teams, and email.
Lead our global EX Culture Club program, managing enablement, best practices, and budgeting across ambassadors at 15+ offices.
Run our EX Program Management Community of practice, including partnering on the design and facilitation of monthly learning & development sessions, and managing asynchronous knowledge sharing and resource hubs.
Drive enablement and adoption of key collaboration tools and Adobe products across our global EX organization to improve asynchronous teamwork and promote EX as a Customer Zero for Adobe.
Identify and support additional special initiatives to help drive effective communication, collaboration, and engagement across the global EX organization.. What you need to succeed
4+ years of experience in program management, preferably with a focus on managing engagement, learning and development, and/or community centered programs in an HR context.
Curiosity to learn and pilot new ideas and tools, with strong follow through and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, written, and verbal skills, with an interest in visual and narrative storytelling and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Understanding of key program management concepts and methodologies, and hands-on experience managing and driving engagement in collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc).
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster trust and relationships across various levels of the organization.
Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,900 – $156,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
