THE OPPORTUNITY
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Branch is seeking an individual who is an effective communicator, cross team collaborator. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for managing the enterprise system, Linkin. The IT Program Manager will lead an internal support analyst team and work with key stakeholders (including vendors) to support this critical system. In this position, you will report to the Director of Enterprise Business Services with responsibilities including:
- Vendor management, with financial responsibility for service delivery expectations for existing or emerging contracts;
- Manage and adhere to Ministry specific IT policies related to assets, usage and security of IT assets and solutions;
- Provide expertise and direction for solution, quality assurance and risk mitigation; and
- Ensure support processes and deliverables meet operational requirements, targets, and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
