THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of EY’s focus and continued investment in developing deep relationships with C-suite leaders and key buyers, EY is seeking an experienced, dynamic team player to fill the role of Asia-Pacific Center for Executive Leadership Program Manager.
The Asia-Pacific Center for Executive Leadership is EY’s flagship C-Suite onboarding program that offers a series of highly personalised, bespoke workshops, networking and mentoring for new and aspiring C-Suite executives so they can achieve maximum impact and success in their new roles. These C-suite leaders hail from EY’s top tier clients from across the Asia-Pacific.
The program entails high client visibility and offers both personal and technical learning and development especially suited for every C-Suite role. This pivotal position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to build, design, and co-manage specialised programs tailored for C-suite executives.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of executive-level needs, and the ability to cultivate relationships with senior leaders across EY’s Asia-Pacific Tax, Strategy and Transactions, and Consulting practices. Experience in facilitating and relationship building with C-Suite executives is a must, and skills in executive learning & development is an advantage. The candidate should also be well-versed in pitching program ideas to senior leaders at EY, especially in getting their buy-in for varied and inter-connecting pillars within the program.

Responsibilities:

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Commerce or any relevant course
  • 7+ years’ experience in program management within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from conception to completion
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in client-facing roles
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
  • Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various programs
  • Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables
