SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in project/program governance and control, program management, resourcing, project health checks, assurance, program reporting, risk analysis, and risk management.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, capable of executing to a defined plan to ensure outcomes are successfully met to a quality standard.
  • Strong relationship building skills, helping gain trust and support to accelerate program results and timelines through a highly collaborative approach
  • Proven track record working in Sales & Marketing functional settings.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic outlook and is a Change Agent.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Inquisitive and curious, with a genuine interest in getting below surface information.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the program’s roadmap by identifying key initiatives across different functions that align with the organisational goals
  • Lead collaborative efforts across multiple stakeholder interests to successfully plan, resource and support the execution of prioritised programs on time and within set objectives.
  • Establish the essential ingredients to successfully navigate change including the implementation and execution of formalised change management programs
  • Drive the detailed project creation and management to ensure all tasks essential to success are identified, tracked and escalated as required.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder groups to establish best practice program management disciplines for flawless execution and maximum impact and enabling self-managed improvement initiatives to further accelerate transformation
  • Engage and ensure ongoing adoption of senior executive vision and operational requirements, ensuring alignment of program resourcing and monitoring ongoing requirements evolution to deliver on key strategic drivers.
  • Act as the trusted liaison between the Program Sponsor and stakeholder community to ensure common understanding of goals and expectations to execute successful programs
