Description:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $62,400-$66,560 yearly
Training:We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Applies appropriate techniques and standards in program development and service delivery.
  • Works collaboratively with all levels of management in developing strategic plans, priorities a directing the implementation of services for assigned service areas.
  • Uses program statistics to monitor and evaluate services and outcomes. Recommends, develops and implements improvements as appropriate.
  • Follows budget as set by director. Provides input into process.
  • Compiles accurate and timely program statistical data to meet reporting requirements.
  • Develops and administers area budget within established guidelines.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with community-based organizations, parishes and corporations to extend the reach of services and community support. Maintains professional ties with other service organizations/boards/committees for the benefit of the program.
  • In collaboration with other management, ensures all case management and reporting staff are trained and adhere to operational safety policies and procedures.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Agencys values and policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Provides back-up to staff in the direct services to clients.
  • Promotes and markets the services to the community.
  • Assists with grants in collaboration with the director and the grants team.
  • Supports, promotes and adheres to Catholic Charities vision, mission, values and Code of Ethics.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as a professional liaison with service providers, grantor representatives and the general public to help foster positive relationships.
  • Good steward of Agency human, financial and capital resources
  • Participates effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing, planning and problem solving.
  • Participates in staff trainings and programs as required.
  • Any other tasks or duties as assigned.
    Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from 4-year college or accredited university; and two to four years related program management and supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
