Description:
FUTURE OF WORK: REMOTE, FLEX OR OFFICE
HubSpot Academy is on a mission to be the place people go to learn how to start and grow a business. We offer a variety of educational and inspirational content — from blog posts to lessons and full certification courses — that provides valuable business training to people all over the world. This educational content generates new customers for the business and delights existing ones in service of achieving their business and career goals.
The next step in achieving our mission is to continue to expand the educational content and programming for our global learners. HubSpot has launched an initial cohort learning experience called HubSpot Academy Bootcamps, which drives MRR for HubSpot’s business and supplies learners with the information and resources they need to use HubSpot tools successfully.
As part of the Academy Live team, you’ll create live, cohort learning experiences to help learners grow better with HubSpot. Cohort learning experiences include programs such as HubSpot Academy Bootcamps, Scaled Everboarding, and Marketing Hub Fundamentals. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background, a passion for solving for the customer, and a track record of effective stakeholder management. We’re looking for someone who can manage full executional ownership, from ideation to reporting and optimization, while thinking outside-the-box to ensure we’re meeting the needs of HubSpot learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cohort learning experiences to increase activation and usage amongst the install base
- Deploy pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with Legal and Finance
- Manage all aspects of cohorts — including enrollment, live sessions, and community management
- Collaborate with Learning & Development Specialists to apply overarching strategy to ensure consistent and cohesive curriculum development across cohort learning experiences
- Partner with Sales and GTM Enablement to leverage offerings in the buying process
- Work closely with Partner Marketing to ensure offerings align with the partner development journey
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to identify content gaps and create cohort learning experiences to hit the greater HubSpot team’s goals
- Track and analyze program data to continuously improve and iterate
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in implementation and onboarding functions
