Our client is a leading national finservices provider, who is seeking a Program Manager to join and reset the direction of critical program of work. This is a large and complex program that covers compliance, regulatory, technology and behaviour change.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to have a positive strategic impact, where you can manage relationships and influence Executive Leadership teams.

• Take ownership of leading a program that protects how confidential member data is stored, in consideration of regulatory and compliance changes.
• Oversee the delivery of the program at a macro level, managing risk, quality and change benefits.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, focusing on business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Assure and assist with procurement and vendor management, including risk management.
• Lead and mentor program/project management teams, ensuring effective delivery and capability development.
• Drive integration, change, innovation, and continuous improvement, aligning with the corporate strategy.
