PROGRAM MANAGER – BIOPHARMA PRODUCTION & HYDRATION MANUFACTURING EUROPE AT AVANTOR

Avantor is looking for a strategic and dynamic Program Manager, based remotely in Gliwice, Poland, to lead and grow their Hydration European manufacturing initiatives. This role focuses on organizing, leading, and executing complex client-directed outsourcing projects to drive profitable growth for the Biopharma Production business unit.
The Program Manager will be responsible for working directly with Avantor’s clients to assist in developing product design requirements across the project journey. The Program Manager will also be responsible for planning and executing projects from post-award to revenue generation. This role will utilize novel project management approaches and tools to advance project execution within a cross-functional environment, ensuring timely project completion.
The role involves quarterly travel within Europe.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B. A. / B. S.) in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years experience working in Biopharma Production industry. Experience working for a CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) is strongly preferred.
• 5 years experience in a project management-related role.
• Experience and/or knowledge of GLP/cGMP environment is a plus.
