Description:
Responsibilities:
- Management and control of (change) programs within ICS. (A Program includes multiple projects or components with high strategic relevance, exposure and/or complexity.
- Scope management/determining objectives, deliverables and frameworks of the program.
- Drawing up the value case in collaboration with project sponsor and Finance.
- Timely start-up (pre-)CRA, CLA, etc.
- Realize detailed program planning. Drawing up and realizing DOD, approach and (resource) planning for the entire program.
- Timely assurance of resources and capacity to achieve project goals.
- Identify, assess, mitigate and manage program risks.
- Monitoring the progress of the program, identifying (threatening) deviations from the plan and taking corrective measures.
- Progress monitoring and reporting (within the program, Change org, Board and stakeholder field).
- Team leadership: Lead and motivate the program team.
- Stakeholder management towards stakeholders and influencers / ensuring involvement and necessary support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about progress, risks and decisions related to the project.
- Quality management and assurance within the program
