Job Description: Manage multiple task order program, team of PM’s and technical personnel in managing services delivery and maintenance across multiple locations CONUS. Provide on site management of day to day operations and manage customer relationship. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal communications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Manages substantial contract support operations involving personnel at diverse CONUS locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities. Must have demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management. Interfaces with Government managers including the, KO, COR and the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR). Under stringent timeframes, assembles and works to assign personnel necessary to perform assigned tasks across CONUS locations to meet scheduled or demand related tasks based on service level agreements. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to effectively direct contract support activities. Assigns, schedules, and reviews work of subordinates. Ensures conformance to task specifications and contract provisions. Interprets policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates. Must be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the company.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Master of Sciences degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline will be considered equivalent to one-year specialized experience and two years general experience.
