POSITION SUMMARY:

This role serves as the principal owner for planning and managing assigned depot programs. Acting as program leader and customer interface, the ideal candidate:

  • Coordinates internal business unit (BU) efforts and serves as a customer advocate for the assigned depot programs
  • Ensures revenue growth and P/L oversight, promotes high levels of customer satisfaction, oversees the fulfillment of SLAs and other contractual commitments, and governs change management
  • Reviews requirements, identifies tasks, and assigns and coordinates resources to achieve programmatic goals
  • Ensures clear communication across all parties and timely resolution of issues
  • Routinely participates in the development of strategies and continuous improvement efforts pertaining to program
  • Comfortably leads customer-facing meetings at all levels.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

Drives resolution on moderate to complex projects. Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Demonstrates sound judgment and overall accuracy in work product, including in the ability to accurately document client interactions, generate and analyze technical reporting relating to asset management, and in producing material for business reviews.
Must be comfortable interacting on camera with client executive leadership, as well as functioning as the driving force or change agent improving processes, data integrity, and BU interactions. Communication acumen and attention to detail are key attributes to ensure success in this role.
General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. May need to consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on some technical issues.
A four year college degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience.
Hybrid: 3-4 days a week on-site
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,800.00 - $113,300.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
