We’re looking for a dynamic, mission-driven leader to oversee our programs, foster community connections, and ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Drop-In Center Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our center, including program planning, staff supervision, and resource management. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to balance administrative duties with meaningful interactions with clients and staff alike. You’ll lead a dedicated team, coordinate services, and actively collaborate with local organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, ideally in a nonprofit or human services setting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, program development, and client relations.
- Deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved and at-risk communities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to adopt and respect ICCS Mission and Values.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Drop-In Center, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all clients and staff.
- Develop and implement program initiatives that address the needs of the community, offering relevant services and support.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and respect.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local service providers, government agencies, and other nonprofits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including data management and confidentiality.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing reports and adapting services to meet evolving community needs.
- Engage with clients directly, offering a supportive presence and connecting them to resources as needed.
