REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree or certifications in Learning and Development or Project Management is a plus.
• Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program management.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and innovative learning methods.
