Description:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in London (UK) or Barcelona (Spain).
The Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of programs to achieve the Ex-US Real-World Data (RWD) organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves strategic planning, partner & resource management, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

ABOUT YOU – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • 5-6 year’ of experience in program management or project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they adhere to the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, clients, partners and team members.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their requirements are incorporated into the program.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to program planning, execution, and performance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program success.
