WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

• Minimum of 7 years of medical or pharmaceutical product development experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering, Scientific or related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of program / project management experience in medical device, pharmaceutical drug delivery or related industry
• Full professional proficiency in English

LI-HM

• Be the single point of contact for the customer and all Phillips Medisize stakeholders, providing leadership during all phases of device development up to technology transfer to the commercial site.
• Manage 1-3 customer or internal programs based on size and complexity.
• As a senior leader, you will use your strong communication and influencing skills to manage high value product development programs within our matrixed organization.
• Collaborate with industrial design, human factors, software, electronics, molding & manufacturing design, and quality engineering professionals to develop products that bring possibilities to life.
• You will drive your program to meet customer commitments with respect to scope, schedule and cost.
• Identify risks and develop / implement action plans to resolve them proactively.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels internally and externally.
• Expand your skills and gain experience that will prepare you to excel in a wide range of high-impact career opportunities within our transforming organization.
• Use relationship-building to promote Phillips-Medisize capabilities (e.g., product development, testing, prototyping, automation development, production medical device manufacturing) to new and existing customers.
