We are looking for a Program Manager (Ops IT) based in Bonn - Germany, Brussels - Belgium or other suitable European locations will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers, employees & shareholders are at the centre of your actions.
- Manage and work in multiple projects starting from the business opportunity identification to successful deployment, which includes:
- business case (Project Opportunity Assessment) preparation & supporting approval process steps,
- project team identification, appointment & on-boarding,
- requirements gathering and solution design,
- development (including solution supplier management),
- testing and deployment,
- post go-live reviews.
- Most projects are deployments of Express Global Application Portfolio (EGAP) solutions in which the Global Team realizes the solution development phase.
- You will become the Regional Owner for the applications after they have been successfully managed and deployed by you.
- You will coordinate regular changes and projects to make them successful and aligned with all stakeholders.
- You will set up the project plans, milestones, and targets and monitor them via dashboards.
- You will provide regular progress reports in the form adequate to the initiative type and complexity (e.g., regular status updates memos, weekly progress report meetings, project board meetings).
- Focusing on digitalizing the world around us and implementing the WOW IT Strategy to your initiatives will make you successful in this role.
- Use networking to ensure that the best possible constellation of experts supports you to provide the right solutions, delivering the answer to the business demand and effectively utilizing the teams’ talents, expertise, and resources.
- Traveling to countries is required for workshops during the projects’ life cycle
