This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Help
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop procedures relating to the program and financial management, acquisition strategy, and data/intellectual property rights as required by the project.
- Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, specifications, and acquisition plans.
- Plan, conduct, and direct highly complex reviews and initiate reports which are provided to higher headquarters and other Department of Defense (DoD) commands with recommendations on the best courses of action for the portfolio.
- Work with APMs across the portfolio to identify and balance risks, select alternatives, and plan how to best accomplish the goals and objectives of the project within recognized guidelines.
- Review regulatory documentation for the acquisition project and recommend appropriate actions to obtain the approval.
- Project major milestones and events necessary for the strategic implementation of the acquisition portfolio.
- Briefs senior management at the DoD, Department of Army, and Program Executive Office Headquarters level on the status of the portfolio.
