As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You’ll be responsible for building and managing Google’s consumer hardware service operations aligning with our global strategy. This includes leading relationships with local vendors, ensuring they meet performance and timeline goals, and owning the customer experience, operational performance, and financial results in the country. You’ll also collaborate across teams to develop innovative programs that ensure support for customer returns and repair. Your role involves tracking performance metrics, creating scorecards, and conducting regular business reviews.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience with consumer facing products

Good to have:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience with release management life-cycles and project milestones
  • Experience in service operations in the consumer electronics industry
  • Experience building and operating reverse logistics programs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
