Basic Qualifications :
- BA/BS preferably in human resources management or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing manager/Talent Acquisition Program Manager in fast paced environment
- Strong Program/project management experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred , with multilingual abilities an advantage.
- Organized, detail-focused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. This includes sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process.
- Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek candidates with experience in program management in talent acquisition area, preferably in high-tech, fast-paced, tight-turnaround environments, who also ideally possess a curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and language technology.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong program and project management skills, be extremely well organized, manage time and deliverables effectively and be able to clearly communicate and present information to drive better decisions/results. The candidate should also have the ability to quickly learn and get up to speed in comprehending internal processes, ultimately bringing to the table new ideas and improving how we hire for scale and quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an EMEA representative in the global team, you will be responsible for uncovering talent pools and areas of opportunity across EMEA, creating and running programs aimed at engaging with these communities, as well as work on partnering with universities, job boards and other possible sources of talent
- Adopting innovative strategies to allow quality sourcing at scale, across all geographies in EMEA, utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to attract and monitor qualified candidate pools
- Shape and manage the programs: track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project partners
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure project needs are met and resolve issues
- Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities
- Own program and operator governance
- Track and report performance metrics and program level KPIs
- Build resource feedback mechanisms and ensure NPS targets are met for the program

Nice to have :
- Understanding of AI Data Services/ Data Annotation environments, Tech and Localization.
