  • Minimum of 12 years of management experience within the Department of Defense or managing Enterprise IT systems within the Federal Government to include knowledge of applicable regulations
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing complex projects of a nature similar in size and scope as the RF-ITV Program to include OCONUS experience
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency Identification and In-Transit Visibility technical and operational requirements, as described in the Performance Work Statemen

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as the Government’s primary point of contact and provides guidance and supervision for approximately 60 Contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order, inclusive of Connected Logistics and subcontracted personnel. The PM is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the delivery (timeliness and quality) CDRLs and contract deliverables, fiduciary responsibilities ICW Corporate Contracts Manager, maintenance and improvement of established business processes, and resolution of program technical issues.

EXPECTED SCOPE OF DUTIES:

  • Conduct program meetings
  • Directly supervise approximately five (5) employees and indirectly supervise approximately an additional 55 employees of various labor categories, experience and skills
  • General operational, fiscal and administrative support of direct reports; OCONUS employee life support and general employee location and security matters
  • Oversee the sustainment of a newly adopted Agile software development process and the migration of multiple unclassified servers to a Department of Defense Cloud solution
  • Oversee Quality Assurance, to include reviewing deliverables, enforcing employee compliance monitoring programs, and the Quality Control (QC) program
  • Oversee performance-based task order delivery management to include monthly Service Level Objectives with metrics and taking decrements for not meeting Performance Standards
  • Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for projects as requested
  • Perform Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management including strategies for optimizing Program cost effectiveness
  • Oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects which may include defining scope and objectives, developing work schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports. Provide technical and analytical guidance and take projects from concept through final implementation. Interface with stakeholders including end users (DoD services and the Fourth Estate), interface partners, vendors, and the client (Logistics Information System Program Office).
