As the Program Manager within the Talent, Culture, and Leadership team, you will ensure the successful implementation of a top-tier Integrated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that will enable Pomerleau to address labor market challenges while aligning with its vision of placing people at the heart of the company’s success.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge and understanding of HRMS solutions: Sufficient knowledge of products such as SAP SuccessFactor, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
- Program management experience: Minimum of five years of experience in consulting or project management, with at least one full implementation of HRMS platforms.
- Project management tools: Good knowledge of Jira and other project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Experience in change management.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Project management certification (PMP or others) and training in the HR field are assets.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Bilingualism required.
- In-person meetings will take place in Montreal.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project Governance: Establish a project governance framework and participate in the steering committee to assess the overall health of the project.
Project Planning: Create a baseline project plan and work with the integrator’s project manager to track and update this plan.
- Requirements Workshops: Support requirements definition workshops and focus on preparation activities.
- Estimation Validation: Ensure alignment of activities with human resources, budget, and schedule.
- Reporting: Complete weekly status reports including key performance indicators, issues, and risks for all stakeholders.
- Meetings: Lead project kickoff meetings and weekly meetings with the internal team and the vendor.
- Management Strategies: Provide guidance on communication, change management, training strategy, and testing strategy.
- Collaboration with the Solutions Architect: Work on instance, integration, data migration, production cutover, and post-go-live support strategies.
