THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Has substantial experience in leading projects, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of system engineering and can analyze complex solutions, identifying and addressing dependencies to ensure the success of the overall program.
- Possesses strong people management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members by leading through example.
