Program Manager/Supervisor
(Contingent Upon Contract Award)
About the Position
The Program Manager/Supervisor will have overall responsibility for managing workforce performance and work required within the scope of this contract and shall serve as the principal point of contact for the Contractor with the Government.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a team lead or similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Management/Operations or Business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity and ability to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices with ability to resolve issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Working knowledge of standard technology used in industry (e.g., program tracking, bookkeeping, word processing)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Project Management Office (PMO) providing shared services across Solution One lines of business.
  • Leads supporting each of the major functions; develops and delivers any identified training; develops data/metrics required to manage the overall program, financial reporting, and resource coordination (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to Solution One’s back-office functions which supports the program team.
  • Provide Lead support for resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
  • Accountable for the performance and results of assigned Team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply and services, maintenance, and Army governing regulations, and Military maintenance facility policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Global Combat Support System (GCSS-Army)
  • Above average knowledge of logistical information policies, processes that pertain to maintenance.
