Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technology dependencies around the cross functional team to which they are assigned
  • Engage and coordinate with various teams outside of technology – 3rd parties, Operations teams, Commercial, Marketing, Compliance, Legal as required
  • Financial management including estimation, tracking and timesheet approvals for assigned Programs
  • Tracking delivery of value drops associated with assignment as part of the wider change Program
  • Facilitate Working Groups (weekly) within the assigned area to coordinate all teams working on the Program, fostering an environment of customer centricity, ownership, and team success
  • Manage RAIDs to formalize risk and issue identification and to drive proactive responses, ownership, and communication
  • Status reports raising effective and timely escalations to enable wider support and communication
  • Publish and maintain various plan renditions for coordination of the team and communication of intended direction to wider stakeholders
  • Identify and control deviations from scope to ensure focus on original intent or decision making through Governance for deviations
  • Plan and manage any migration activities that may be required, ensuring effective internal and external collaboration and communication
  • Ensuring there is excellent communication and management of stakeholders associated with the pod area
  • Brokering resource assignments from teams from around the wider organizatio
