Right now, we’re seeking two Program Managers who will play their part in this shared purpose. Someone with the right skills and expertise, as well as attitude and openness to new ideas, that help advance positive outcomes for the organisation, their colleagues, and themselves.

SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN PROGRAM OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Proven experience in program or project management including management of multiple inter-dependant projects concurrently within large and complex organisations and or extensive experience in insurance or related fields

We’re seeking two highly motivated Program Managers to play a critical role in overseeing and managing a program of high impact projects which deliver transformational change across people, process, technology and data domains. You will be required to guide, influence and direct outcomes through close collaboration with stakeholders ensuring the delivery of the program within budget, schedule and defined quality metrics. This role will have a significant focus on planning, directing and governing the program of work from both a digital and business perspective in order to ensure the organisation’s long term success.
These roles will oversee and manage the Best Client outcomes Program including the Transforming Partnerships Program and the Client Centric Response Program and require you to work closely with members of the executive leadership team.
